• Sandra Brantly has 20 years experience in real estate. She is a broker and instructor with a wealth of knowledge to share with her students. Her personality, vitality and caring shine through and help you to pass.
• Woody Corbett is a Florida Certified Residential Appraiser. His knowledge and outstanding teaching style helps our appraisal students understand and enjoy the subject matter.
• Charles Fish is a State Certified Residential Appraiser. He is approved by the Appraisal Qualifications Board to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice. His good humor and great examples in the classroom help students learn how to appraise.
• Patty Ketcham is a Florida broker who manages a very successful real estate office in Tallahassee. She has wide experience in real estate and mortgage lending, and brings a wonderful sense of humor and great examples to the classroom.
• Rob Knapton is a Florida broker and is co-owner of The Mortgage Broker School, Inc. He is an outstanding instructor is some of the school's advanced courses in investments and brokerage.
• Edward O'Donnell, The Real Estate School President, has more than 20 years of brokerage and teaching experience. He brings a dynamic and energetic teaching style to the classroom and has authored several real estate textbooks used in private schools and community colleges throughout Florida.
• Tim Palmer is a Florida real estate broker and mortgage broker. He is co-owner of The Mortgage Broker School, Inc. Students love his sharp mind and caring attitude.
• Sandra Rodriguez has over 10 years experience as a broker and instructor. Extremely popular with all students, she brings qualities of solid preparation, practical knowledge and good humor to the classroom experience!
• Howard Skau has 20 years of brokerage experience and is a Past President of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, as well as District Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors. He is a faculty member of the Realtor Institute and teaches classes throughout Florida.
