Take the course from an experienced education source with more than 25 years of experience in teaching real estate to adults. The course takes approximately 45 hours to complete and includes reading the material online and taking a wide assortment of interactive exercises and exams. You must pass a timed final examination and achieve a score of at least 75 percent to pass. A: No. A textbook is not required, but you may find it helpful when reading.

Q: How long do I have to complete the course? 
A: The course expires six months after you enroll. However, you may complete the course as quickly as you can move through the material.

Q: What happens if I fail the final exam? 
A: You can take an alternate end-of-course exam only once and you may take the second exam immediately (but not more than one year) from the time of your initial failure. During this time you may review the course material online. If you fail a second exam and want to get credit, you must retake the entire course for a reduced tuition.

Q: Can I download the course?
A: No. You must take the entire course online.
