Q: I had a broker's license and let it expire. What is necessarry if I want to reactivate my broker license?

It depends on how long you've been expired. If it's less than one year, you can do the 14-hour CE, pay a late fee and renew. If it's more than one year, but less than two, you take two CE courses (with different exams), pay a late fee and renew. If it's been more than two years since your expiration, your license is void and you have to start again. If you need the CE courses, call us at (800) 999-9319 and we'll get them to you immediately.
