Residential Appraiser wishing to get a trainee status

I was a certified residential appraiser #xxxxxxx for almost 10 years. I droped my certification, and now i wish to get a trainees status. Do I need the 75hr cource or can I just do the uspap 15 hrs.

I believe your original course work may qualify you for trainee status after you take the 15-hour USPAP, but the DRE will have to make an evaluation of your education. Contact them at 488-2295 for more information.
