I have been a licensed sales agent for about 14 months and need to take the post licensing course. I want to become a broker as well. Do I need to take the post-licensing course before I take the broker pre-licensing course? Do I even NEED to take the sales associate post-licensing course if I'm going to become a broker before the expiration of my sales associates license? Does any of this make sense? Thanks for your help.

You would need to successfully complete the sales associate post-license course and the broker pre-license course before applying for the broker licensing exam. You would also need to have been an active sales associate for at least one year before applying.
