I passed my associate license exam about six months ago and have completed the 45 post licensing requirement. My sales license has been active with a broker for about 6 months.
What is the earlierst I can get started on the broker requirements, the 72 hour broker's course, and the new broker application etc.? Thank you, Ron |

Good work getting your 45-hour sales associate post-licensing course out of the way early! You can take the 72-hour broker pre-licensing course at any time. You can submit your application to the state immediately after being active for one year. The state seems to be processing applications in about two to four weeks. Once approved you can take the licensing exam. It sounds as though you should be a licensed real estate broker in about six to seven months.
