Commercial Brokerage
There is no special real estate license for commercial property sales. Once you get your license that's all you need legally. However, you have a duty of skill, care, and diligence, so should continue with your education beyond the license requirements.
The CCIM designation is offered by the National Assn. of Realtors and is an excellent education program for commercial practitioners.
