This is the normal book that "any" class teaches from in Florida?
Also, does it matter what year or edition is used? How often does the state update the manual? Also, Real Estate Review and Exam Munual-study aide, can it be used no matter what edition it is? What is the edition # the state test are based on? Thanks. |

Most real estate schools in Florida use the Priciples, Practices & Law (PPL) textbook. Both it and the Exam Review Manual are updated every year. The 31st editions have just been released. The amount of changes in the books depends on how many changes are made in the statutes and rules.
Questions on the state exam are based directly on the statutes and rules, not from any textbook. As I type this, the 30th or 31st editions should suit your needs in preparing for the state exam. Good luck on your exam!
