Considering move to Florida next year. I am already a licensed agent in IL and I believe there is a mutual consideration with Florida. Is there something I should be looking into to help me quicker...?

I'm sorry, but Florida does not have a "Mutual Recognition" agreement (or "reciprocity" as it is often called) with Illinois. Florida does have agreements with the following 10 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. You can learn more about the mutual recognition license law by visiting our florida mutual recognition licensing guide. You can also watch our short florida mutual recognition video.
