Default Newbie Question

I want to obtain my sales associates license, and I live in Tampa. I would be working the Tampa market, but I also have many contacts and referall sources in Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton. Would I conceivabley be able to obtain listings away from the Tampa market within the State of Florida? Or would this not be allowable under the licensing regs in Florida? Thanks!

Yes, a sales associate in the Tampa area could obtain listings anywhere in Florida. The sales associate would want to make sure that they have a comprehensive understanding of any market that they obtain listings from.
