Panhandle Real Estate
Can anyone tell me how the real estate market is in the panhandle of Florida? Particularly in the Pensacola area.
Also, what are brokers in Florida doing as far as commissions, commission splits, etc? What is a typlical % split for the agent and broker? Is it better if you are an experienced agent? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
