Date: 9/22/2002 10:47 pm EST I need workout for question #97 of Test 2 on State Broker Exam Prep. Also on the Florida Real Estate Exam Applicants 100-Question Practice Exam the answer for question #22 is not clear to me. I would apprciate it if anybody can shed some light on either or both of this questions. Thank you. I am overall very happy with the State Exam prep Course Broker book that I purchased from you. |

On Question 97, Test two:
Lots of distractors in this question, but only two items are relevent: the payment and the annuity factor. To find the value of the mortgage, multiply the payment ($210.64) by the annuity factor (59.843735). The result is $12,605.48. On Question 22 of the free practice exam from this Web site: A salesperson may not open his or her own office, but may, under the direction of the broker, manage a real estate office. This is often done with branch offices when the broker is not available at all times. Hope these were helpful. |
