Can a person work for a builder and get paid a commission if he doesn't have a license?

Yes.
1) A person can be a builders employee without a license and sell the builder's property. Must be salaried, no commissions.

2) If the licensed salesperson works for the builder, he or she can get a commission, would be registered under the builder, but can only sell the builder's property.
