I took an online course and it used the Gaines and Coleman Florida real estate and principles and law book written by Linda Crawford. I've noticed on some practice tests I've taken from the internet they have had some questions that were nowhere near being in the book. (not even close)
Will that book cover everything I need to know for the test or do I need to do more?

This could be important to know if I'm (or anyone) is gonna pass?

Does your course use the same book?

Yes, we do use Linda Crawford’s textbook for our FREC approved sales associate course. As a real estate school, we get a lot of feedback from students that have taken the state exam. They will frequently tell us about some of the concepts that they were tested on. If any of these concepts are not directly covered in the FREC syllabus, we will put the concepts into the form of questions in our exam prep materials. I would recommend that you spend the bulk of your study time in the course material, supplementing it with the exam prep tools.
