I wanted to know where the questions come from on your Interactive Q&A Computer CD for the Florida Broker? Do they come from actual state exam questions?

Thanks for posting. Many of the questions come from areas tested on the Florida broker's exam, although none are directly from the exam. FREC rules make the exam questions confidential. Our Q&A Computer CD, which is sold exclusively by The Real Estate School, Inc., was designed by Edward J. O'Donnell. Mr. O'Donnell is co-author of the Broker course and has been involed in real estate education for well over 20 years.
