I am a new Sales Associate in Florida and a current member of the Board of Realtors. Is there a benefit to taking my 45 hour post license course now?

Yes, there are three major benefits to completing your 45-hour sales associate post-license course sooner rather than later. First, the information provided in the course will make you a more knowledgeable sales associate. Second, a broker is likely to favor a new sales associate that has already completed the post-license course over a sales associate that has not completed the course. Third, by waiting until the last minute to start the post-license course a licensee could be putting the license in jeopardy. If the post-license course is not successfully completed by the expiration of the initial license, the license goes null and void. Sooner is always better!
