I've noticed that there are MANY questions in your practice exams that are not even close to being covered in the Florida Real Estate Principles and Practices textbook by Linda Crawford. Will the book cover everything on the test or is it not sufficient to study just the book.

We get a lot of feedback from students that have taken the state exam. They will often tell us about some of the concepts that they were tested on. If any of these concepts are not directly covered in the textbook, we will put the concepts in our exam prep materials. I would recommend that you spend the bulk of your study time in the course material, supplementing it with the exam prep tools.

Thanks Brett. Just to be sure, (for me and others who will be taking exam) are you saying the book does cover most of what is on the test. ( according to feedback you get) Because i do have your (Florida Real Estate School) exam prep, (which i would recommend) and there are plenty of questions in it that i don't believe are covered in the book?
thanks again dave |

Yes, focus most of your attention (~80%) on the course work itself. Use the other 20% of your time going through the exam prep materials. Anything in the course or on the exam prep materials will be fair game for the state exam.
