I have been a real estate licensee for last 2 years. Am I exempt from the continuing education requirements?

If you are asking about a Florida license, then you will have to take the 45-hour sales associate post-license course before the expiration of the original license (18-24 months). After that you will need to take the 14-hour continuing education course every two years before the expiration of the license.
