I am having difficulty uploaing my course/exam results from my laptop. I can connect to the Internet, but for some reason, it will not upload. A message box pops up, but only part of the message can be read, so I do not know what the error is. I don't have access to a printer, so I am in desperate need of assistance. Please help!! .

If you experience difficulty uploading your CD-ROM course results, please print out the REPORTS section of your course and fax it to (850) 222-7255. The reports section should have all of your completed chapters and your final exam results. The printout should also have your name on it.
If, for some reason you are unable to print and fax your results, you should call us at 1-800-999-9319 and we will walk you throughthe process of creating a screenshot and emailing it to us. |
