The fees to be paid to the Division of Real Estate with the application have been reduced. New fees are $144 for sales associates and $154 for broker applications. Applicants will pay an additional testing fee at the testing site directly to the company administering the exam.

The last Florida real estate exam on pencil and paper is on December 21, 1998. Beginning in February, 1999, all exams will be on computer.
