The last Florida real estate exam on pencil and paper is on December 21, 1998. Beginning in February, 1999, all exams will be on computer. There will be 15 sites around Florida that will administer the exam on touch-screen computers. Once the application has been approved, it will be up to the students to contact their local ASI testing site. Three days notice is required, and testing will be available by appointment.
