The Florida Legislature repealed the Notice of Nonrepresentation. It must be signed by Governor Bush in order to become effective on October 1, 1999. The language will be incorporated into the Single Agency or Transaction Broker Disclosures. The disclosures must be given before a seller’s broker or buyer’s broker agreement is signed, or when a house is shown, whichever occurs first.
