Governor Bush Signed the bill repealing the Notice of Nonrepresentation, becoming effective October 1, 1999. The language will be incorporated into the Single Agency or Transaction Broker Disclosures. The disclosures must be given before a seller’s broker or buyer’s broker agreement is signed, or when a house is shown, whichever occurs first.
