14-hour Continuing Education “Correspondence Course” name was changed to “Distance Education Course”. Also defined the term distance education. Schools must have at least five approved end-of-course exams with no more than 20% duplication of questions. Requires at least 70% of the questions to be at the “application” level, and only 10% to be at the “knowledge” level. Application level questions have to do with situations and calculations.
