Brokers may return escrow funds to buyers of condominiums who cancel the contract without notifying the Commission. Cancellations must be made within the statutory period.
Sellers must state the existence and nature of the code violation; must give the buyer disclosure with copies of notices; state the seller’s agreement to be liable for correcting the code violation; and notify the code enforcement agency of the buyer’s name and copies of disclosures given.
