Arkansas and Colorado added to approved “mutual recognition” states.

Licensees from the following states who are not Florida residents may become licensed in Florida by taking a 40-question exam on Florida Law: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.

Clean Slate Bill removes minor violations after two years.

Licensees who have minor violations more than two years old without any further disciplinary actions may petition DBPR to classify the violation as “inactive.” That will remove it from disclosure.
