Indiana becomes a “mutual recognition” state with Florida. This brings to 10 the number of states with agreements exempting applicants from pre licensing courses. It allows the applicant to take a 40-question state exam on the state law to become licensed. Florida now has agreements with Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Colorado.
