In the past, when major law changes have occurred, the FREC removes these questions from their license exams for about 6 months, to allow real estate schools to change their curriculum, and so that students who have just completed real estate courses based on the old laws can be tested fairly. The Real Estate School, Inc. has made every effort to keep our products up to date. Already, the Online Exam Prep and the Sales and Broker CD-ROM review products have incorporated these recent law changes. We will be updating the remainder of our products over the next few weeks. If you have older exam review products that do not incorporate these changes, you can probably still use them if you are taking your test within the 6-month period from 7/1/03 - 12/31/03. After this period, you should discard old textbook and review materials and purchase versions that include the new license law.
