The Florida 63-hour Sales Associate Prelicense Course has just been made available online. This class fulfills the 63 hour pre-license requirement for prospective real estate sales associates in Florida. Passing this online course will qualify you to take the Florida state license exam to become a realtor. All persons desiring to take the state license exam must pass this, or an equivalent course.
