Real Estate License Application Expiration Date Changed
Friday, November 11th, 2005 by adminGovernor Bush, in response to the damage of Hurricane Wilma, has changed the expiration date for real estate applications. An application for licensure normally expires after one year if the applicant fails to take the state exam. This order delays until April 21, 2006 the expiration for applications which would have expired after October 21.
