Since my home office is NOT deductable since the principal base of opperations for my real estate business is in the Marketing Center of the Borkerage for whom I am an sales associate agent/partner, are my electronics, the laptop, pc, cellphone, datadevice, etc, deductable and to what extent or percentage can I claim them as deductions

					<description>We cannot give you an official answer because we are not CPAs, however, the law basically says that if you are going to deduct equipment  it must be used 100% for work only. If the equipment is used for anything other than work, then it is not deductible. We advise you to speak with your accountant for a more thorough explanation.
