No More “Transaction Broker Notice”
Monday, August 4th, 2008 by brettEffective July 1, 2008, licensees who are transaction brokers no longer need to give prospective buyers or sellers the “Transaction Broker Notice.” Single agents in a transaction and licensees who have no brokerage relationships must continue to give written notice to customers of their status.
