First and foremost, we will not willingly rent, sell, lease or otherwise distribute your email address or license information to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By using the LicenseMinder service you agree to the terms described in the warranty and disclaimer below.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
You agree to accept all LicenseMinder alerts, email messages, and SMS text messages sent by the LicenseMinder service. If you choose to provide a cellular phone number for the purposes of receiving SMS text message alerts, we will not be responsible for any fees your cellular provider may charge for SMS text messages sent by the LicenseMinder service, The Real Estate School, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, agents or affiliates.
The Real Estate School, Inc. warrants nothing about the LicenseMinder service. All programs and accompanying materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The complete risk as to the quality and performance of the LicenseMinder service is with you.
No Other Warranties. The above warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information or advice give by The Real Estate School, Inc., its dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this limited warranty.
No Liability for Consequential Damages. Neither The Real Estate School, Inc. nor anyone else involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) even if The Real Estate School, Inc. was previously advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Governing Law. This agreement and Limited Warranty are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
