Broker Pre-Licensing - 72 Hours

This course meets Florida's education requirements for becoming a real estate broker. It includes relevant information on appraising, financial analysis and the operation of a brokerage office. Whether or not you intend to operate a brokerage firm, this course will provide valuable knowledge and increase your income. Advance registration is required. The tuition includes books and classroom materials.

Daytime - 8:30 to 5:00pm
Week 1: Monday through Thursday.
Week 2: Monday through Thursday, exam on Friday.
