Sales Associate Pre-Licensing 63-Hours
This course includes the real estate license law, investments, contracts, fair housing, finance,appraising, taxation, zoning and business brokerage. The Real Estate School, Inc. is devoted exclusively to real estate education. We help you enjoy the course and to PASS the state exam. Advance registration is required. The tuition includes books and classroom materials.
Daytime 7 days - Monday through Friday the first week, then Monday and Tuesday the second week. Classes are from from 8:30am until 5:30pm.
