Florida Real Estate Exam for Sales Associates--Your Study "Hit List"

Here's your state exam study "Hit List."
The exam has 100 multiple-choice questions and the applicant has 3 1/2 hours to complete the exam. Applicants must score at least 75 percent correct to pass.

Many students start at Page 1 and study with no priority. Often they run out of steam before even getting to the most important sections. DON'T DO THAT!! USE THIS LIST TO PRIORITIZE YOUR STUDIES.

29% of the exam is on the Florida License law (Chapters 2-6 in your material)
32% of the test covers Property Rights, Deeds, and Contracts (Chapters 8-11)
14% of the test is on Real Estate Finance (Chapters 12 and 13)
